Swapping out factory style OEM halogen low beam headlight bulbs for new AUXITO Ultra Bright LED lights in a 2014 Honda Civic SI coupe. Installation was pretty straight forward but a little tricky on the passenger side. This was done without removing the headlights from the car but that may be an option for some people. In this episode I am replacing broken exhaust manifold bolts on my 2016 Ram 1500. I had an exhaust leak and found 2 broken header bolts which turned out to be the source of the ticking noise I have been hearing for some time. To remove the bolts I weld a washer to the head of the bolt then fill a nut with weld on top of the washer to get a good amount of heat into the stud freeing it from the cylinder head. In this video I only remove the right bank exhaust manifold and replace the exhaust manifold gasket as well. All new bolts were installed and the truck sounds like new again. In this video I document the steps taken to diagnose and repair a soft feeling brake pedal in a 2002 Ford Mustang. First looking for a leak in the brake lines, fitting and calipers, then bleeding the brake system. Next replacing the brake master cylinder and adjusting the brake pedal push rod. And finally completely removing the ABS pump, module and valve assembly. Note that this car was manufactured before ABS was mandatory on cars in Canada and was available with or without ABS. Replacing a leaking exhaust flex pipe on a Pontiac G5. This pipe connects the exhaust to the converter/exhaust manifold. I also had to remove the oxygen sensor from the old pipe to install it in the o2 sensor bung on the new pipe. This pipe fits both the Pontiac G5 and Chevrolet Cobalt.
